Docklands authority says Grollo Aust =4 Melbourne

Later, Planning Minister Rob Maclellan told state
parliament the Grollo group had recently told the authority it
was not prepared to meet one of the fundamental financial
conditions of the agreement.

"It had therefore been the decision of the Docklands
Authority to write to the Grollo tower development and advise
them that it is the intention of both parties that the
agreement be terminated," he said.
